Prince William is arriving in a Bentley with his brother, Prince Harry, who is his best man. Kate Middleton is arriving at the Abbey in a Rolls Royce. There are 1900 guests at the wedding and 1000 of these are close friends of the royal family and as such have the best seats in the house. Not all of the guests at Westminster Abbey have been invited for the buffet and lunch at Buckingham Palace afterwards. Only 650 will be joining the Royal Family for the buffet and only 300 of their closest friends and relatives will remain for dinner in the evening.

Special correspondent from gandul.info is reporting live from Westminster Abbey as the royal family and guests arrive. After the church ceremony, Prince William and Kate Middleton will be traveling in an open-topped carriage for 15 minutes to Buckingham Palace where the royal family will be making the traditional balcony appearance.

Queen Elizabeth has awarded Prince William the titles of Duke of Cambridge, Earl of Strathearn and Baron Carrickfergus. Kate Middleton will be known as her Royal Highness the Duchess of Cambridge. The title of duke or duchess is the highest that can be given in the British peerage. The Dukedom of Cambridge existed for only 103 years between 1801 and 1904, when Prince George, the second Duke of Cambridge died.
